Plum Social is a Denver floral design studio and event company on Evans Ave. We do flower delivery, walk-in retail, weddings and events, classes, and subscriptions. We need more people, and rather than force everyone into a fixed box, we're building roles around who shows up.

What needs covering:

Floral design: arrangements, event work, retail, classes. The actual flowers.
Content: writing and visuals for blog, social, email. We have a real voice and a real archive. Closer to editorial than "post daily."
Studio coordination: orders, inventory, the retail floor, the daily rhythm of the place.
Project management: events and weddings from inquiry to execution. Timelines, vendors, clients, the moving parts.

One person might be a designer who also creates content. Another might run projects and coordinate the studio. Content tends to touch everything; design and ops less so. We're hiring for roughly two of these per person.

The job: Part-time, W-2. Days and hours and flexible. The role would ideally grow into a full time team member.

Pay is $25-$45/hour, depending on the role combination and experience. Benefits include employee flower/class discount, paid sick leave per Colorado law, and accrued PTO.
