Plum Social Events & Flowers Effective Date: April 1, 2026

Welcome to Plum Social Events & Flowers ("Plum Social," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from plumsocial.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.


1. About Us Plum Social Events & Flowers is a Denver-based floral studio and event design company located at 4360 E. Evans Ave., Denver, CO. We offer online flower delivery, walk-in studio services, floral design classes, flower subscriptions, and wedding and event floral design.

2. Eligibility By using our website or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Products & Services All products are subject to availability. Flower varieties and colors may vary based on seasonal availability. We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic of your order. Any substitutions will be made with care and intention.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for online orders. Wedding and event design services may require a deposit and are governed by a separate design agreement.

5. Order Processing & Delivery Orders are processed during business hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–5pm MT. Delivery availability is subject to our current service area. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, access issues at the delivery location, or circumstances outside our control (weather, road closures, etc.).

6. Class Bookings & Subscriptions Floral design classes must be booked in advance. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis per the terms selected at signup and may be managed or cancelled through your account. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

7. Intellectual Property All content on plumsocial.com — including photography, copy, branding, and design — is the property of Plum Social Events & Flowers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plum Social Events & Flowers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

Plum Social Events & Flowers Effective Date: April 1, 2026

We stand behind our work and want you to love what you receive. Because flowers are a perishable product and classes involve reserved instructor time, our policy is as follows:


Fresh Flower Orders (Delivery & Walk-In)

We take quality seriously. If your flowers arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns on fresh flowers. All sales are final once a delivery has been made or an order has been picked up.

Floral Design Classes

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before a scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future class.
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before a class are eligible for a store credit only — no cash refunds.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before a class, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Private class bookings may have separate cancellation terms outlined at the time of booking.

If Plum Social cancels or reschedules a class, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Subscriptions

Flower subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time through your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Wedding & Event Design

Deposits for wedding and event design services are non-refundable. Cancellation terms for booked events are outlined in your individual design agreement.
