Give us a few details about your event and confirm your date is available on our calendar.

After confirming your date, schedule a brief phone or video consultation with one of our team members. Designed to be purely conversational, consultations are 15-20 minute introductions for you to tell us everything and anything you're envisioning for your wedding or event.

After your consultation, you will receive a completely custom proposal about how we can make your vision come to life. It includes an overall design direction, outline of concepts and scope of work, and an estimate. Once you receive your proposal, you have a hold on your date for 14 days.

If you're loving what we're proposing, your date is officially booked after we receive a signed contract and a 25% deposit. The remainder of your balance will be due two weeks before your event or wedding date. But don't worry about that right now, we'll remind you. You just crossed a big item off of your list. Take a minute to enjoy it :) If we're only handling your flowers, skip ahead to step 8.

Either in person, phone, or online, we love to kick off every event we're a part of with a more in-depth discovery session. This is when we dive deeper into how we can make your wedding or event look, feel, sound, exactly how you envision it. Don't have a vision? Even better. We'll use this time to help you craft it.

Expanding upon your original proposal, we'll create a foundational wedding or event design guide that includes things like branding, color palettes, layouts, and mood boards. We use this moving forward to set the tone, vibe, and aesthetic of your event.

We'll create a complete wedding or event design plan of all florals and decor from start to finish, including all rentals, digital/physical mock-ups, and timeline creation.

If we're only providing your florals and candles, we'll reach out about 2-3 months before your wedding or event date to confirm your proposal is still everything you want and more, make any adjustments, finalize quantities, and select and necessary items like candle holders, ribbon colors, etc.

We'll process, design, create, leading up to and the day of your event. If we're providing complete services, we'll deliver, setup, install, transfer, and strike all florals, candles, etc. If you've gone the pickup or a la carte route, your florals will be packed, ready and waiting for you at our Denver studio, with all supplies and instructions you might need.
