Yes, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your total order to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the date of pickup.
Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled pickup date shall result in forfeiture of the Deposit, which may be applied as a credit toward a future rental within 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the scheduled pickup date shall be non-refundable, and Renter remains responsible for the full rental balance.
Of course! While our cancellation policy still applies to all order adjustments, you are welcome to add anything to your order up until the day before.
Our rental periods are 3, 6, and 10 days.
We're happy to accommodate longer rental periods, by request, for an additional fee.
You can start your rental order any time after 12:00 PM, Tuesday-Saturday. You can return your rental order Tuesday-Sunday, no later than 10:00 AM.
Please return your items in the same condition you picked them up :)
Your reservation can be made up to six months in advance of your pickup date.
